Construction Methods
The floors, walls and roof are constructed inhouse with single piece Sandwich panels and a timberless frame. The structure of the caravan is made from a fully welded aluminium frame with XPS foam insulation and vacuum bonded fiberglass on either side. To ensure an aerodynamic, high strength to weight ratio and modern styling a fibreglass front and rear shells are coupled in the design.
