Returns and Refunds

At Green RV, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you receive, please contact us via phone 07 5356 5000 so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Broken or Faulty Products

If you discover that a product is defective, please contact us via phone (07 5356 5000) as soon as possible. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund after consulting with the manufacturer or supplier.

If a repair is not feasible, we will endeavour to replace the item or offer a refund.

Note: Goods are warranted only for manufacturing defects. The standard warranty period for most products is 12 months unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice

For purchases where you have changed your mind or chosen an incorrect item, you have up to 14 days to request an exchange or store credit. All exchanges, store credits, and refunds will be processed upon return of the item. Arrangements made prior to the return of the item will be at the discretion of Green RV. Items must be returned in their original, unused, undamaged condition, and in the original undamaged packaging.

Special ordered items, spare parts, and electronics cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described (no return due to change of mind or incorrect fitment).

Return Shipping

Please contact Green RV before returning any items.

If a product is deemed faulty and must be returned and postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

For change-of-mind or incorrectly chosen purchases, the customer will bear the return postage costs.

All returns must include a copy of the order invoice with reasons for return to ensure faster processing.

We recommend using shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
